Josie is our passionate Camino coordinator who brings heart, depth, and clarity to every step of the journey. She listens with care and leads with light.
With a love for learning and a spirit of exploration, Josie creates spaces that nourish and include. Her background in anthropology, writing, and community work gives her a keen eye for nuance and a deep respect for difference. She co-founded this initiative to challenge assumptions about wellbeing and to offer young people a space to find their own rhythm, their own reasons for walking, all while shaping something meaningful.

Genaro is our Galician wayfinder of the heart, carrying the soul of the land wherever he goes.
With a blend of flair for facilitation, practicality, emotional depth, and poetic curiosity to the trail, he transforms our Camino from a simple journey into a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, brave enough to reflect, and open enough to connect.
Walking with Genaro means entering into dialogue - with yourself, with others, and with the land beneath your feet. For him, our Camino is not a trail, but a heartbeat in motion. A place to walk with others and reimagine what care can look like when it moves.
